Session Prices:

@ $35-$45 a Session

I like to start my clients out in the following way:

Depending on where were at with one another, sessions can last from 45 minutes to a little over an hour.

In order to reach your goals I'll set up your program as if we'll be together through 12 weeks. I do this because in order to reach your final goal(s) it can take up to a minumum of 12 weeks to get there, and at the same time you'll be noticing many positive and exciting changes on the way as you keep getting closer to accomplishing your fitness goals.

Now I'm sure your thinking...

"Oh no! In order to get results I have no choice but to pay this guy for atleast 12 weeks!"

Absolutely NOT TRUE.
In order to reach your
FULLEST POTENTIAL, that's the recommended time frame to do it in. For your FULLEST POTENTIAL the 12 weeks is just a recommendation.

After 12 weeks... by no means this has to be the end of our trainer/client relationship. If you feel you still want a trainer and someone there to keep you motivated through your training, I will continue to be there for you for as long as you need me. After you reached your goal(s) there's so many other things we can do to keep improving your body,
so by no means necessary does this mean it's over!
